Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that was delivered to you, and in the original packaging.

 

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you on the status of your refund after deeply inspecting the item.

 

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

 

  • Refunds may take a few days to process, depending on the policies of your card issuer.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item due to defect or damage on arrival, please contact us within the 14-day period. We will provide instructions on how to proceed then.







Non-Returnable Items
